FOUNDER

Rachel set up Cadmium Partners in 2020 and brings 17 years of global board-level search expertise. A highly trusted search partner to her listed, FTSE and scale-up clients, she also advises on managing succession, building pre-IPO board slates and making boards and leadership teams more diverse and effective. Sector expertise includes Consumer, Digital + Technology, Financial Services, FinTech, Cyber, Data and AI.

Rachel is also a qualified coach, having completed Meyler Campbell's Mastered Programme. She works with individuals and teams navigating change, transitions and boardroom dynamics.

Previously Rachel set up the Board Practice at Founders Forum's search arm and spent a decade with pre-eminent board boutique search firm JCA Group (now part of Heidrick & Struggles), leading on non-executive international search work for a wide range of clients including FTSE 100, 250, Private Equity, Venture Capital and regulators.

Rachel’s earlier career was in broadcasting and philanthropy, at the Clore Duffield Foundation and as a graduate management trainee and documentary producer for Carlton TV (now ITV).

Rachel has an MA from St Anne's College, Oxford University and is a Trustee of humanitarian nonprofit WJR.

PARTNER

Kate has over 25 years of international board + executive search expertise and is recognised as a highly trusted partner to both her clients and candidates. She brings particular expertise in the digital, media + entertainment sectors and partners with PLC, PE and privately-owned companies on their senior search mandates across most functional areas, including Chair, NED, CEO, CFO, CHRO, Marketing + Commercial.

Kate is also a qualified coach, having completed the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme and is actively engaged in both team and 1:1 coaching with a focus on working with leaders as they step up into an executive or board role.

Prior to establishing her firm Ivy Street, she was a Partner at JCA Group, where she spent 12 years leading both executive and non-executive international search work for a wide range of clients including those in the media, digital, technology and consumer sectors across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, Private Equity and family-owned organisations.

Kate has an MA from St Andrews University.

PARTNER - OPERATIONS

Amanda ensures the smooth running of the business.

She leads on all events and business development activities and plays an invaluable role in supporting Rachel and Kate and the research team in delivering client work.

She previously worked with Rachel and Kate at JCA Group for 11 years and prior to that was at Korn Ferry for five years.
